Get a Phone Number?

With Teloai, you don’t always have to go to Twilio or Telnyx to purchase phone numbers. You can buy numbers directly from inside our platform.

This guide explains how to search, select, and purchase a phone number right from your Teloai dashboard.

📞 How to Buy a Phone Number

Step 1 — Go to “Get New Phone Number”

• From the left sidebar in Teloai

Step 2 — Filter or Search

At the top of the screen, you’ll see:

• Country Selector: Pick the country for which you’d like to buy a number (e.g. United States, Pakistan, etc.).

• Search by Number: Enter part of a number (optional) if you’re looking for a specific pattern or area code.

Example:

• Select United Kingdom from the dropdown.

• Or search for “447” to find numbers beginning with that prefix.

Step 3 — Browse Available Numbers

You’ll see a table showing:

Country	The country of the phone number
Phone Number	The phone number in E.164 format (e.g. [phone])
SMS	Whether the number supports SMS (checkmark means yes)
Type	Usually shows “Normal” for standard numbers
Price	Monthly cost for the number
Action	Button to buy the number

Step 4 — Click “Buy”

When you find a number you want:

1. Click the Buy button next to that number.

2. Confirm your purchase in the pop-up window.

Managing Your Purchased Numbers

After purchase:

• View all your numbers under Your Phone Numbers in the sidebar.

• Check their capabilities (SMS, voice, etc.).

• Assign them to campaigns or integrations like SMS sending.
